I am responsible for John Deere India's CRE operations. I also manage the transactions, projects, risk, and compliance aspects of Real Estate.

The best part of this association is the opportunity to network, engage in discussion platforms, and have access to educational and research content. Participating in the MCR program was a great value add to my professional development.

What skills are important to succeed in the CRE industry in India?

Technology adoption is inevitable in all businesses. COVID-19 has made CRE professionals migrate to tech-enabled solutions and the use of prop-tech will become the new normal. CRE professionals will need to be open-minded and agile to add value to the organizations they serve.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?

I enjoy doing yoga and cardio exercises as it helps me restore my energy and channelize my thoughts for a balanced life.
