Arunabh has over 29 years of experience in Facilities & Real Estate and associated functions in diverse sectors like Technology, BPO, Consulting, and Agriculture. He served earlier at companies like Deutsche Bank, Google, Wipro Technologies, Jones Lang LaSalle, Apeejay Surrendra and as an officer in the Indian Military.
A hands-on leader and team player who firmly believes in "build with" rather than "build for" with end users of a workplace, Arunabh loves to conceptualize, build, manage, and constantly improve world-class Administrative, Facilities and Support Departments.
He's based out of Bangalore and is responsible for the South Asia offices of Synopsys for Workplace Resources (WPR) and its complete CRE lifecycle including administration, procurement, sourcing, site security etc. He proactively engages with the Business Groups to achieve and maintain outstanding employee experience by continuously improving workplace services, while constantly reducing risks.
A continuous learner, Arunabh has been evaluated as Top Rated Faculty for CoreNet Global for three years running and is a past Co-Chair of the CoreNet Global India Chapter.
