This award recognizes the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) executive who has made outstanding and distinguished contributions to their company and to the industry and acknowledges their achievements within the past year.

We seek to recognize :

  • Contributions to the CRE industry as educator or leader
  • Current CoreNet Global Membership

The winner is automatically put forward for CRE Executive of the Year Award at the CoreNet Global Awards.

Ganesh Parameswaran (MCR, MRICS), a seasoned corporate real estate professional with over two decades of experience, currently manages Google's Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Transactions in India and Pakistan. His expertise encompasses Strategic portfolio management, Asset Management, Real Estate Services, Negotiations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Dispositions, Business Continuity, and Dispute Resolution. Throughout his career, Ganesh has skillfully managed a substantial real estate services portfolio and successfully led global and international real estate operations. Before joining Google, he held leadership positions in Global Real Estate for prominent Fortune 50 organizations across India, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region. At Google, he manages one of the largest and dynamic Real Estate portfolios across India and Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria


Members who wish to nominate themselves for the CRE Executive of the Year Award must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible:
  • Member of CoreNet Global for at least 3 continuous years
  • Member must be actively engaged. Engagement includes being a Chapter Leader, attending a Summit, earning MCR or SLCR designation, speaking at a CoreNet Global event, contributing to the content of a Chapter program or event; participating in Chapter special programs, providing content for Leader magazine, participating in a research project, etc.
  • Member must be an End User (occupier) for a minimum of 3 years
