This award recognizes a real estate professional age 35 or younger (Young Leader) who has demonstrated leadership and exemplified excellence in CRE. 

We seek to recognize a Young Leader who:
  • Showed dedication and enthusiasm for his/her work
  • Exemplifies excellence
  • Should be considered ‘one to watch’ in the broad field of corporate real estate (CRE) in any member category

The winner is automatically put forward for Young Leader of the Year Award at the CoreNet Global Awards.

Ria Singh is currently leading Workplace and Physical Security at Booking Holdings India at the India HQ based in Bangalore. She has a passion for Corporate Real Estate and brings almost 10 years of experience and expertise to her work.

She has worked with renowned organizations such as JLL, Uber, GitHub and Coinbase, where she honed her skills in Facilities Management and Hybrid workplaces. Ria has launched 15 offices in her career. She is a firm believer of living life to the fullest. Coming from a dense family, her inspiration is her father who also was in the field of CRE post serving the Indian Navy for 20 years.

Throughout her career, Ria has achieved remarkable achievements. To name a few, she was featured in Forbes India for her passion and commitment towards the field of Corporate Real Estate. She has also won an award for a social cause on feminine hygiene and creating awareness for the same.

She fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment, empowering team members to excel in their roles. Eligibility Criteria


Members who wish to nominate themselves for the Young Leader of the Year Award must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Paid Young Leader Member of CoreNet Global (must be age 35 or younger by October 2023)
  • Member must be actively engaged over the previous 12 months. Engagement includes attending a Summit, being enrolled as an MCR candidate (or other designation such LEED, registered architect, surveyor), contributing to the content of a Chapter program or event, serving as a Committee Member, etc.
