1. Tell us about the work you currently do?
I am the Managing Director at Narains Corp - India, where I have worked in multiple roles to expand its operations since 1994. My work revolves from Business Development to heading commercial property leasing across India. It has guided the 51-year-old CRE service firm across the globe and helped establish a robust network across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific
My close professional association with many large national and international conglomerates fosters strong client relationships with result-driven solutions. I work on servicing wide-ranging client requirements for real estate advisory, national account management, strategic planning, investments, divestments, and much more
2. What’s the best part of being associated with CoreNet Global India Chapter?
As a past board member of the CoreNet Global India Chapter, I have had a close experience with the collaborative platform. It has provided me with in-depth insights, adaptations, learnings, and immense possibilities for both professional and personal long-term relationships. I got an opportunity to learn and share my knowledge as a speaker and adapt efficiently from the vast knowledge shared within this networking community.
3. What excites you about working in the CRE industry?
The CRE industry is very dynamic, challenging, and unpredictable, which is what excites me. Every transaction is unique, demanding a different bundle of expertise and professional input. I am very passionate about providing strategic solutions for complex CRE tangles. My work gives me the opportunity to take me to new places across the nation and the globe. It provided me the opportunity to experience diverse cultural heritage and discover innovative ways to handle similar situations.
4. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love to keep my life vibrant and stay away from monotony. I like working out regularly, and I enjoy going out for liberating runs. I always prioritise my family, irrespective of my workload. I also happen to be an avid traveller, and I always focus on living in the moment. Other than my daily work, I also serve as a trustee for a private charity assisting the underprivileged
