I currently work for JLL as the Head of Workplace Consulting, India. My role involves an overview of the Workplace Consulting business in India concerning growth, strategic direction and P&L management. We act as the strategic advisors for our clients (mostly F100 companies) & offer curated solutions to enhance their CRE portfolios.
What’s the best part of being associated with the CoreNet Global India Chapter?
The best part of being associated with CoreNet Global India has been to connect with industry peers and learn from Real Estate Experts in the fraternity. It has enabled me to foster some great long-term relationships and provide opportunities to collaborate on thought leadership initiatives on its platform.
What is your favorite tip for someone aspiring to work in the CRE industry?
My favorite tip to someone aspiring to work in the CRE industry is to stay flexible, agile and experiment with assignments for your growth while staying grounded as well as humble. Take on challenges and challenge the norms. It is vital to form a trusted circle of friends & mentors in the industry and always look out for each other. It compounds with time.
Where would you like to go on your next vacation, and why?
I think New York City and I cannot wait to return post-pandemic. This city makes you feel invisible and invincible, both simultaneously. It is a fascinating kind of high.
