I am an experienced designer with a demonstrated history of working in the workplace design industry for the past 20 years. My expertise lies in effective team communication, efficient planning, analytical skills, patience, and active listening. I am a strong supporter of having core values, a strong culture, and being forward-thinking. I aspire to design experiences, not just interfaces, and turn thoughts into reality - creating narratives that tell a story! I believe that Art and Technology will form the DNA of our vision for the future!
2. What's the best part of being associated with CoreNet Global India Chapter?
I am happy to be a part of such a prestigious platform that not only brings like-minded people together but also creates a healthy, cohesive community of our kind, who actively impart knowledge and nourish one another. It's not only a pleasure but an honor to be a part of this ever-growing community.
3. What's your message to the next-gen of CRE professionals?
We can’t give a tailored roadmap for connecting with Gen Z audiences. However, what we can do is provide them with the foundational tips needed to make their next great journey into the industry. Some tips that would help could be: ‘Create Like A Creator’, ‘Avoid Going Straight To Sell-Mode’, ‘Listen , Pause And Respond’ and ‘Build Your Own Brand'.
4. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?

This quote pretty much sums up my life. I have been a persistent follower of my passion, and I go where it takes me, so life's a happy place for me with my passion being my day-to-day life at work. Self-motivated and always aspiring to make a meaningful impact, to make a difference.
