1. Tell us about the work you currently do.
I gained six years of experience in the Hospitality Industry at the beginning of my career before transitioning to the FM & CRE sectors in 2000. I currently manage Marsh McLennan Companies' India Real Estate Portfolio for all their Operating Companies. I believe that embracing innovative strategies, fostering a leadership mindset, and adapting to industry changes are crucial for our collective industry progress.
2. What's the best part of being associated with the CoreNet Global India Chapter?
CoreNet has proven to be a remarkable platform for constructive networking and engagement among industry professionals. It also enables us to gain global industry insights while staying connected to local markets.
3. When did you first get involved with CoreNet Global India Chapter?
I recently became a member of CoreNet Global, but in 2014, I had the opportunity to introduce CoreNet to showcase the MCR certification program in NCR for the FM & CRE Industry. Since then, I've witnessed Simran Zainulbhai's relentless efforts to establish CoreNet in India, creating a robust community in the country.
4. What keeps you motivated?
I'm deeply concerned about the challenge of sourcing employable talent in the CRE and FM industries. Outside of work, I'm committed to contributing to building a better workforce for the future. I've been fortunate to receive support from industry leaders to help develop this ecosystem. With organizations like CoreNet strengthening networks in India, I believe we have a better chance of meeting industry objectives for the future. As professionals, we should collectively strive to contribute to tomorrow's success.
