Tell us about the work you currently do?
I am a Senior Director - Investment & Asset Management for Keppel Land India. On a day-to-day basis, I scout investment opportunities and manage tie-ups with potential partners. I am also setting up an asset management platform for my organization. One of my key responsibilities includes providing relevant inputs on commercial office space design and development from the occupier’s perspective.
What’s the best part of being associated with the CoreNet Global India Chapter?
Being associated with CNG has helped me network within my industry, understand an occupier's workplace requirements, engage in sustainability and wellness discussions, all while giving me access to research materials.
Can you speak about a recent skill or passion you’ve acquired that keeps you charged?
I have received my MCR certification, which I am extremely proud of. I also completed the Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders by Great Lakes and The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?
I enjoy playing badminton, but reading and lifelong learning are my two great passions.
