1. Tell us about your role in the corporate real estate industry. What inspires you the most about the work you do?
In my role, I focus on bringing digital engineering into the lifecycle of buildings through BIM and digital transformation solutions. What inspires me most is seeing clients move from traditional, reactive ways of working to more data-driven and efficient processes. It’s rewarding to know that technology can help deliver more predictable, sustainable outcomes across projects and portfolios.
2. What skills or habits have you developed recently that are critical for succeeding as a young professional?
I’ve realized that being technically strong alone isn’t enough in this industry. Consistency, curiosity, and reliability are equally important. I make it a point to stay updated on emerging technologies while also building meaningful relationships through honest communication, discipline, and continuous learning.
3. Share the most memorable experience with the CoreNet Global India Chapter that has helped your professional journey.
Although I joined the CoreNet Global India Chapter only a few months ago, the experience has already expanded my perspective on the CRE ecosystem. Connecting with professionals from different sectors and learning from their experiences has been incredibly valuable, and I’m looking forward to becoming more involved with the community.
4. How do you balance work with passions or hobbies? What keeps you energized and motivated?
I try to maintain balance by staying organized and making time for the things that help me recharge outside work. Staying connected with people, learning new things, and taking moments to reset helps me stay motivated and continue growing both professionally and personally.
