Q1.Tell us about your role in the corporate real estate industry. What inspires you the most about the work you do?

At FMDL, we design corporate, healthcare, and institutional environments where people spend a significant part of their lives. What inspires me most is the opportunity to shape experiences through design—whether it’s improving workplace collaboration, supporting employee wellbeing, or creating healthcare spaces that reduce stress and enhance care. As the CRE industry evolves, the challenge lies in bridging the gap between what exists today and what workplaces can become tomorrow.

Q2. What skills or habits have you developed recently that are critical for succeeding as a young professional?

Two things have become increasingly important: making decisions with confidence and embracing technology without losing human judgement. We actively use AI to accelerate design exploration and problem-solving, but strong instincts, curiosity, and continuous learning remain essential. Travel, observation, and exposure to new environments continue to play a significant role in how I grow professionally.

Q3. Share the most memorable experience with the CoreNet Global India Chapter that has helped your professional journey.

Attending the East Meets West Conference in Dubai was a defining experience. It broadened my perspective on the global challenges and opportunities shaping corporate real estate and workplace design. The conversations and connections reinforced the importance of human-centric workplaces and helped sharpen how we position design as a strategic business tool.

Q4. How do you balance work with passions or hobbies? What keeps you energized and motivated?

I’ve learned to integrate work and personal interests rather than separate them. Travel, architecture, and cultural exploration constantly influence the way I think about design and business. What keeps me motivated is the process of building—turning ideas into reality, learning through experience, and creating work that has a meaningful impact on people and organisations.
