1. Tell us about your role in CRE and what inspires you.
At YES Bank, I manage the acquisition and leasing of branches and offices in the western region. From market research and site sourcing to lease negotiations and approvals, I’m involved end to end. What inspires me most is the strategic impact, every location we secure contributes to customer reach and business growth.
2. What skills or habits have helped you grow as a young professional?
Proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration have been essential. I’ve also developed a habit of structured market tracking to stay ahead of trends. Staying organized, responsive, and building strong relationships have helped me close deals effectively and efficiently.

4. How do you balance work with your passions? What keeps you motivated?
I recharge by travelling, spending time with family and friends, and stepping away from the routine when I can. The variety in my role and the ownership I have over impactful real estate decisions keep me motivated and engaged.
