1 Tell us about your role in CRE and what inspires you.
In my current role, I lead workplaces, facilities, and security for my organization. What inspires me most is shaping environments where safety, comfort, and functionality come together, spaces that enhance productivity, collaboration, and well-being for employees every single day.
2 What skills or habits have you developed as a young professional?
Adaptability has been key, especially by staying updated on workplace technology, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making. At the same time, I’ve focused on emotional intelligence through empathy, active listening, and mindful leadership. Together, these skills help me stay resilient and future-ready.
3 What’s your most memorable CoreNet Global India Chapter experience?
The India Chapter has always felt like one big family, offering opportunities to learn, connect, and exchange ideas. My most memorable moment was being honored with the Young Leader of the Year Award for India Chapter, a recognition that continues to motivate and inspire me.
4 How do you balance work with your passions? What keeps you motivated?
Travel, painting, and wellness are my go-to passions that help me recharge. Having explored 37 countries already, my goal is to reach 50 by the time I turn 40. These experiences broaden my perspective, fuel creativity, and remind me that personal passions are a source of energy that drives my professional journey.
