What inspires me most is enabling workplace environments that support innovation, productivity, and research excellence, creating long-term value for the organisation while positively contributing to the broader industry..
2. What skills or habits have you developed recently that you believe are critical for succeeding as a young professional?
Over the past 13 years, I have developed the habit of clear, outcome-driven communication, focused on delivering the message without over-explaining. Pushing myself into multiple high-impact, complex projects has helped me expand my exposure to CRE and facilities, significantly strengthening my skill set and practical understanding. I also believe in reaching out for help when needed and continuously adapting and learning, especially in situations that demand competitive and effective solutions.
3. Share the most memorable experience with CNG India Chapter that has helped your professional journey.
While I have not attended many events, the interactions I’ve had through the CNG India Chapter have helped me build a trusted peer group. This network has been valuable for gaining insights, navigating challenges, and accessing timely and meaningful support. I look forward to engaging more actively and further strengthening my professional network in the days to come.
4. How do you balance work with passions or hobbies? What keeps you energized and motivated?
I balance work with my personal interests by making time for reading, continuous learning, regular workouts, and long drives. I enjoy traveling on long drives and clicking good pictures along the way, which helps me unwind and gain a fresh perspective. Reading and upskilling keep me mentally engaged, while workouts keep me physically active. As an introvert, these activities help me recharge. What keeps me energized and motivated is continuous self-improvement and returning to work with renewed focus and clarity.
