I am currently working as a Senior Site Operation Manager at Adobe. I have been working with Adobe for the past 15 Years. Prior to that, I worked in Industry Knowledge Centre and Non-Banking Financial organizations. I am an engineer by profession and a keen sustainability enthusiast. Developing programs to handle customer or business unit’s needs at the right hour has been my forte.
What’s the best part of being associated with the CoreNet Global India Chapter?
The best part of CoreNet Global is the plethora of professional development courses they offer. The MCR course is delivered by industry leaders giving candidates an opportunity to learn practical issues and implement them at their workplaces. Through this course, I developed a keen interest in processes by reducing wastage and translating customer feedback into service improvements. Moreover, the session on financial management gave me the confidence to handle the real estate cost approvals and budgeting to meet the expectations of the CFO.
Who has been the biggest influence on your career and why?
The biggest influencer in my career is my career has been Ajay Kalsi and Warren Buffet. They taught me to get to the bottom of everything to understand the facts and make a bull’s eye response. This concept has helped me understand the business needs and requirements and suggest the most suited solutions accordingly.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?
I enjoy participating in community services such as religious community service and organizing financial support for someone in need. I love dogs and love to spend time with my pet Mike. Lastly, I am passionate about long weekend rides on my bike.
