Tell us about the work you currently do?

I am responsible for CBRE’s Consulting Operations in India and also look after the firm’s Workplace Strategy and Change Management practice in the country. We are a team of 300+ consulting professionals providing implementation based advice to a diverse set of clients across traditional and emerging asset classes.

How do you unwind at the end of a long day?

I love playing the piano. It’s one of my favorite avenues to destress and unwind, especially after a long day.

What’s your message to the next-gen of CRE professionals?

It's important to realize that as CRE professionals, we no longer solve only a ‘space problem’ but also provide solutions to problems pertaining to ‘people, space, and experience’. This requires us to work closely with HR & other support teams, not just in delivering workplace solutions but in being able to positively influence a productive and sustainable user experience. This will eventually result in new-age metrics and KPIs to measure success beyond space and cost.
