As the General Manager, CRE & FM for Ford Land, I oversee a 6 million sq. ft. portfolio across India, ASEAN, and the Pacific, managing corporate real estate, project management, facilities, and sustainability. My 30 years of experience span industrial and commercial portfolios, including Ford’s 28-acre platinum-rated green campus in Chennai, the second-largest outside the U.S.

Managing diverse global portfolios adds another layer of excitement, allowing for the application of best practices across regions and optimizing operations to drive cost efficiency and enhance organizational success.
4. How do you unwind after a long day?
I unwind by spending quality time with my family, especially my daughters, which helps me relax after a busy day across multiple time zones. I also enjoy finding peace in my garden, allowing me to recharge for the next day.
