My journey in corporate real estate spans over 20 years, beginning with CBRE and evolving through key roles at firms like Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Martin Infra Ventures, and DivyaSree Developers. My diverse experience in real estate, entrepreneurship, and revenue management has shaped my vision for WeWork India - redefining workspace solutions for modern businesses.

My advice for anyone looking to enter the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) industry would be to embrace change. This is a sector that is continuously evolving, closely linked to the overall economic landscape and the performance of various industries. It’s essential to maintain an open mind, seek mentorship, and invest in your personal and professional growth. The deeper your understanding of the needs of those impacted by your work, the more effective you will be in developing impactful solutions.
4. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and keeping up with industry innovations. What keeps me motivated is the knowledge that there’s always more to learn and new challenges to tackle. I’m driven by the idea that each day presents a chance to contribute something meaningful, whether it’s through work or through the connections I build along the way.
