I've spent over two decades shaping a career that combines my diverse background in Aviation and Corporate Real Estate at CBRE, Mumbai. As a member of the Advisory & Transaction Team, I've spent the last decade helping Indian and Global Occupiers and Development companies navigate their Real Estate Strategies in the Mumbai City Region. I also collaborate with colleagues nationwide to advise on occupancy strategies, enriching my regional insights.
My prior experience in aviation taught me precision, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. These qualities, combined with my EQ values, have been instrumental in building lasting client and colleague relationships. I'm excited about the evolving Corporate Real Estate landscape and look forward to leveraging my unique perspective to shape innovative real estate solutions.

It's a platform, where I can unlearn outdated practices and relearn new, innovative approaches. By interacting with peers, I gain valuable insights into how they perform their professional roles, which further enhances my own skills.
3. What's your message to the next-gen of CRE professionals?
To the next generation of CRE professionals, my advice is simple: Embrace an open-minded approach, set daily goals, mixing short- and long-term objectives, learn from challenges and failures without letting them define you, and always stay true to your authentic self, as you carve out your niche in the industry.
