I head Global Business Operations for Mphasis, which includes Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities/Administration, Construction Projects, Travel and Employee Transportation. I have been in the IT Industry for 25+ years and have been fortunate to get opportunities and lead teams in different areas.
What's the best part of being associated with the CoreNet Global India Chapter?
The Corenet platform gives me opportunities to network globally and helps keep me updated with the latest trends in RE. It offers courses for professional development, which I have gained a lot from professionally.
What excites you about working in the CRE profession?
The CRE profession is dynamic and it forms a critical function for any company, especially those expanding. Lease negotiations, landlord engagement, country-specific challenges, and compliances are different in each transaction! Another aspect that I find interesting is the pace of digitization formulating CRE strategies. In the coming years, it will surely help us remain agile and focused.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?
I like listening to soft music and doing some fitness activities like cycling, swimming etc.
