Q1. Tell us about your current role and career journey within the CRE industry.
I have built a 20-year career within IBM Global Real Estate, progressing across multiple CRE functions including Facilities Management, Asset Management, Audit & Compliance, Project Management, financial planning, Lease Management, and operational transitions. This diverse experience has given me a strong end-to-end understanding of real estate strategy, operations, governance, and business impact.
In 2018, I transitioned into a global learning role and currently serve as a Global Skills Development Leader for GRE. My focus is on building future-ready capabilities through global learning strategy, skill frameworks, on-boarding, digital credentials, and large-scale transformation initiatives, working closely with HR and senior leadership.
Q2. What has been the most rewarding aspect of your association with CoreNet Global and the India Chapter?
Being part of the CoreNet Global India Chapter has provided an opportunity to engage with a diverse CRE community, exchange practical insights, and stay connected to evolving industry trends. It has been a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, and contributing to the broader CRE ecosystem beyond organizational boundaries.
Q3. What excites you most about working in the CRE profession in India?
What excites me most is the scale and pace at which the industry is evolving—driven by growth, sustainability, workplace transformation, and technology adoption. India offers a unique opportunity to shape future-ready workplaces while fostering diverse talent and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Q4.What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Travelling, driving, swimming, and music help me stay energised and maintain balance.
