At 91Springboard, I lead pan-India operations across flexible workspace and enterprise-grade managed solutions. My role spans operational strategy, customer experience architecture, and network expansion, with a strong focus on combining data intelligence, design thinking, and service excellence to build high-performing, community-driven work environments.

CRE today sits at the intersection of business strategy, human behaviour, and technology. The shift toward flexible, sustainable, and experience-led environments is redefining how organizations view space—not just as infrastructure, but as a strategic driver of performance and growth.

Behavioural science, design thinking, and global hospitality experiences continue to shape my perspective on leadership and experience design. I’m also deeply motivated by creating meaningful impact and developing future leaders.
