What do you enjoy doing outside of work, and what keeps you motivated?
An avid reader with a growing interest in science and physics, Prasad enjoys exploring how the world works at a fundamental level. His motivation is largely intrinsic, shaped by curiosity, autonomy, continuous learning, and a strong sense of ownership. When these come together, staying engaged comes naturally.
