Q1. Tell us about the work you currently do.
As Managing Director of Aedium Design, I lead an integrated practice delivering projects across the healthcare, technology, industrial, and commercial sectors. My focus is on creating spaces that balance form and function while leveraging technology, sustainability, and collaborative design processes to enhance the end-user experience. Today, our team works across India, helping clients create high-performance environments aligned with evolving business needs.
Q2. What’s the best part of being associated with the CoreNet Global India Chapter?
The India Chapter brings together developers, occupiers, end-users, and design professionals on a single platform, creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. The exchange of industry insights, workplace trends, and real-world perspectives offers a holistic understanding of the forces shaping corporate real estate and helps us stay ahead of evolving market and client expectations.
Q3. What excites you about working in CRE?
What excites me most is the ability to influence both human behavior and business outcomes through the built environment. As workplaces continue to evolve, CRE has become a strategic driver of innovation, culture, sustainability, and organizational performance. India's rapidly growing market presents an exciting opportunity to create intelligent, human-centric spaces that redefine the future of work at scale.
Q4. Can you share an interesting learning from recent years?
One of my most meaningful learnings has come through poetry. In a world driven by speed and constant connectivity, writing poetry has become a way to slow down, reflect, and find clarity. The discipline of distilling complex thoughts into simple, meaningful words has strengthened my ability to navigate complexity, communicate with greater intention, and lead with perspective—both professionally and personally.
