Q1. Tell us about your current role and journey within the Corporate Real Estate industry.
I lead Global Real Estate and Workplace Services at Wipro, overseeing a $500 Mn spend across 30+ Mn sq. ft. globally and enabling workplace experiences for over 240,000 employees. My responsibilities span real estate, facilities, workplace transformation, and operational excellence. Over the years, the role has evolved from managing infrastructure to aligning workplace strategy with business goals, employee experience, sustainability, and growth.
Q2. What has been the most rewarding aspect of your association with CoreNet Global and the India Chapter? When did you first get involved, and what motivated you to engage?
The most rewarding aspect has been being part of a strong community of industry leaders. CoreNet brings together diverse perspectives to address common challenges, while the India Chapter fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and meaningful professional relationships. My association began around 2010, driven by a desire to connect with the community and stay ahead of evolving trends across India and global markets.

Success in CRE requires business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, financial understanding, operational excellence, adaptability, and strong communication. At its core, CRE is about connecting people, places, and business outcomes.

Stay curious and think beyond buildings. Understand business needs, build knowledge across finance, technology, and talent, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
