Tell us about the work you currently do.
My journey in CRE and FM has been about turning workplaces into strategic assets that drive performance and culture. I currently lead the workplace function for a global organization, managing a diverse real estate portfolio across India. My focus lies in aligning space with business strategy—designing agile, sustainable, and tech-enabled environments that enhance collaboration and employee well-being. What drives me is the opportunity to integrate people, place, and process into every square foot, creating spaces that don’t just support work—but inspire it.
What’s the best part of being associated with CoreNet Global India Chapter?
The CoreNet Global India Chapter is a dynamic platform for learning, networking, and staying ahead of CRE trends. What I value most is its vibrant community—one that promotes knowledge exchange, peer collaboration, and forward-thinking conversations. From hybrid work models to sustainability and workplace innovation, CoreNet offers access to insights and expertise that continue to shape our profession. It’s more than a network—it’s a learning ecosystem.
What excites you about working in the CRE profession?
CRE is no longer just about space—it’s about impact. What excites me is the ability to create environments where people thrive. Whether through sustainable practices, intuitive technology, or hybrid-friendly design, my work influences how people feel, collaborate, and perform. Every space we design has the potential to spark innovation, foster well-being, and build a sense of belonging. That’s what keeps me passionate about this field.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What keeps you motivated?
Outside work, I’m actively involved in community initiatives focused on rural youth education and employment. Mentoring and supporting young people in under-served areas is deeply fulfilling. I also draw motivation from continuous learning and meaningful contribution—whether in the workplace or the community. For me, growth is not just about rising—it’s about reaching outward with purpose, empathy, and impact.
